Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Analyze market trends, prepare sales forecasts, and provide regular performance reports to senior management.
Training and Development: Train and develop the sales team, enhancing their skills and knowledge of real estate products and sales techniques.
Customer Relationship Management: Ensure excellent customer service and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Negotiation and Deal Closure: Oversee negotiations and ensure successful closure of property transactions.
